As a quote hapily admin, I want to be able to have my approvers fill out a form during the approval flow on why they approved, structured feedback on specific fields for the rep if they arent approving, and to ensure they reviewed each item.

Ex: checkboxes for -

"Confirmed measurements"

"Checked shipping address"

"Confirmed membership active"

Prior to marking a quote approved or rejected.
