Automatically apply complex pricing models to line items in quotes

Automatically apply pricing based on complex models like volume-based pricing, tiered pricing, etc.

Right now, we're thinking of this in similar terms to how Stripe models pricing.

We also should be able to run rules based on the calculations that are performed. Ex: I have a calculation for "margin" and I want to require approval if a margin is less than 20%. A Deal calculated property wont run until the quote is saved, so I cannot ues that field to power this process.

This would work great for is if there is

A minimum quantity (PandaDoc only allows a first unit at the lowest tier of 1
Some way for the signer to select between allowed quantities on the quote. We consistently get "will you please send us three different price breaks?"
